No. 38 is a beautiful Grade II listed gem in the heart of Finsbury Park, London.
Tucked away on a leafy street, this historic building once served as a youth services hub for Islington Borough Council. Today, it’s buzzing with creativity as the shared home of four exciting theatre companies: New Earth Theatre, Paines Plough, The Gate, and Tamasha.

Measurements: 6.7 m x 4.25 m (please note, there is a partition in the middle of the room)
The room can be configured to suit different needs including (but not limited to) the followings set-ups:
- Up to 12 people seated in a boardroom-style arrangement
- Up to 30 people seated for a general event or presentation

Just need a desk for the day? The Atrium gives you the freedom to drop in, plug in, and get things done – without the long-term commitment. Whether you’re escaping the home office, meeting collaborators, or just need a change of scene, we’ve got a space for you. Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.
